A couple of issues came up during both transactions, and I worked overtime to resolve each issue without stressing my client. After the last transaction, the client thanked me for going the extra mile on both transactions. Since then, this client and family members have sent me eight referrals, three of which I am currently working with and the others are in the pipeline for later this year,” she recalled.
