For Dallas-based real estate agent Jackie Pearson, success isn’t just measured in closings or contracts—it’s measured in impact.

“I’ve always believed real estate is about more than transactions,” Jackie says. “It’s about people, families, and the spaces where life happens.” That belief is at the heart of everything she does—and it’s what inspired her to launch the Impact Cheer Program, a new initiative designed to build confidence, community, and faith in young girls through the sport she knows and loves.

Jackie isn’t just a real estate powerhouse—she’s also a former NFL cheerleader who spent nine years with the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, including time as captain. “Cheering in the NFL was such a gift,” she reflects. “It was an experience I know God entrusted to me for a bigger purpose.”

That purpose is now coming to life in Impact Cheer, a faith-based cheerleading program launching this August. “Starting this program reflects my heart for our community,” Jackie says. “It’s about giving back, creating opportunities for kids to grow in confidence and faith, and building something that lasts beyond a closing date.”

While real estate and cheerleading may seem worlds apart, Jackie has found deep overlap between the two. “Real estate taught me how to lead with clarity, build trust, and solve problems quickly,” she shares. “But more than that, it’s taught me to serve people well—and that’s exactly what I’m doing with this program, just in a different way.”

As a mother, businesswoman, and community leader, Jackie is no stranger to wearing multiple hats. So how does she manage to balance her roles while launching a brand-new program? “I remind myself that I don’t have to do it all—I just have to stay aligned with what matters. I lean on my faith, my support system, and grace. Some days are messy, but the mission keeps me going.”

That mission—to create a space where girls can grow not just in their cheer skills, but in their identity and faith—is already generating momentum. “Even though we haven’t officially started yet, the most rewarding part has been the overwhelming support. My family, my church, and even my real estate colleagues have rallied behind this vision. It’s reminded me that when God gives you an assignment, He also sends the right people to walk with you.”

As the August launch nears, Jackie’s excitement is palpable. “I’m most excited to see these kids come together, watch their confidence grow, and create a space where faith and joy collide. I know this is just the beginning of something bigger than I imagined.”
