Ali Vollmer serves as Sales Manager at The Agency Dallas, where she mentors agents and leads a small high-performing team, The Ali Vollmer Group. She brings extensive experience working alongside builders and developers to strategically position and market new construction across the Dallas–Fort Worth market.

Prior to joining The Agency, Ali was a top-producing agent and led the number one performing team at a Dallas-based brokerage. She later served as Director of Sales, focusing on agent development and production growth. Ali has been recognized as a Top Agent in Dallas by D Magazine in 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Dallas Baptist University and is certified as both a Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and New Construction Specialist. These credentials, paired with her collaborative and relationship-driven approach, allow her to deliver strategic value to builder and developer partners.
