Damon helped us find investment property in the Dallas area. He has an outstanding knowledge of the market and provided excellent analysis of investment options. He provided honest insight of each property, never pushing clients. He helped us decide on a house and make an offer and negotiate.
We worked informally with several realtors before working with Damon, and he was by far the best. He helped guide us through our first home purchase to find what we wanted where we wanted! He gave us his honest opinion about the houses we toured, if it was a good buy and worth what they were asking. He knows the market and the area, and he fought to get us a good deal.
Damon is a very professional, knowledgeable and honest guy. He is full of patience and let us took our time in picking up the home that we truly liked, In other words he never pushed us towards a home. He has a great industry knowledge and always gave us pros and cons of the house that we looked at. Damon always had a good idea of the estimated value of the property which helped us a lot in making sound and practical bid on the house. With his patience and direction, we were able to buy home within 3-4 months. We would love to work with Damon again if we have to sell/buy a home. We highly Recommend Damon.

I closed the sell of my house at 9am and closed on the purchase of my new home that afternoon. As a side note both times I have bought houses with Damon they were multiple bid situations(as many homes are in DFW), and both times the selling realtor said the reason that we were able to get the home was due to Damon’s diligence and follow through. I have and definitely would recommend Damon to anyone selling or buying in the area.
