Born in the heart of East Texas, her formative years took her across the East Coast before she returned to her roots, attending the University of Texas at Austin and Stephen F. Austin University where she met her husband, Dennis.

After nearly a decade of success, she returned to Texas to be closer to family, making Frisco home.
