Kasey Davis

Kasey Davis launched her real estate career in 2021, beginning as a Transaction Coordinator before earning her Texas real estate license in 2023. She went on to serve as Director of Transaction Coordination at Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty, where she oversaw the details of hundreds of luxury real estate transactions throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. In 2025 alone, Kasey successfully closed 335 transactions as a coordinator, giving her an unmatched, behind-the-scenes understanding of every stage of the buying and selling process.

Today, Kasey is a licensed Texas real estate agent with The Agency Dallas, specializing in luxury homes, new construction, relocation clients, and first-time homebuyers across Dallas–Fort Worth. She serves buyers and sellers throughout Dallas, Frisco, Plano, Highland Park, University Park, Southlake, Prosper, Celina, McKinney, Grapevine, Irving, and Arlington, with additional experience in surrounding North Texas luxury and growth markets. Whether guiding clients to a custom new construction home in Frisco or Prosper, a luxury estate in Southlake or Highland Park, or a modern residence in Dallas, Kasey brings a strategic, detail-driven approach to every transaction.

Her extensive background in high-volume luxury transaction coordination gives her clients a competitive advantage in today’s market—anticipating challenges before they arise, streamlining communication, and ensuring a seamless experience from contract to close. Kasey is known for her client-centered approach, combining operational expertise with a high level of care and responsiveness tailored to each client’s goals in the Dallas–Fort Worth real estate market.

Outside of real estate, Kasey currently performs as a professional dancer for the Texas Rangers and is entering her second season with the organization, reflecting her discipline, energy, and deep connection to the Dallas community. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in General Studies and brings a background in education, which enhances her ability to communicate clearly and guide clients confidently through every step of the real estate process.
