No. Most homes The Agency Dallas sells are not luxury homes. Of 478 home sales the firm closed in 2026 through October 23, 79% were under $1 million, 47% were under $500,000 and the median sale price was $524,500. The Agency name is known for estates, but the Dallas office works at every price point, from first homes and condos to new construction, land and investment property. This page breaks down where those sales fell and what that means if you are buying or selling a home that is not in the luxury band.

Where were those homes?

The 478 sales closed in 94 different cities and towns, almost all in Dallas-Fort Worth and North Texas. Dallas accounted for 183 of them. The next most common were Frisco, McKinney, Plano, Carrollton, Fort Worth, Grapevine, Midlothian and The Colony, followed by suburbs and small towns such as Aubrey, Celina, Little Elm, Princeton, Forney and Granbury. Sixty-one agents closed at least one sale.

Does The Agency Dallas help first-time buyers and condo buyers?

Yes. Buyer clients made up the larger share of the work: 314 of the 478 sales had an agent of ours on the buy side, compared with 189 on the sell side. Fifty sales were condos or other homes with a unit address, at a median price of $404,950. A first-time buyer gets the same written buyer representation agreement, the same contract review and the same contract-to-close management as any other client. Our guide to what The Agency Dallas charges explains how fees work for both buyers and sellers.

Is the service different below $1 million?

No. A seller at $350,000 gets the same written pricing memo built from closed sales, the same net sheet at three prices, professional photography and video from our in-house marketing team, MLS and agent-to-agent marketing, and distribution through The Agency's global referral network. What changes with price is the buyer pool and the marketing plan, not the level of service. For the cost side, see what it costs to sell a house in Dallas.

Why does The Agency have a luxury reputation?

The Agency was founded in Beverly Hills and is known for high-end listings, and the Dallas office does sell estates: 29 sales this year were $2 million or more, including the highest at $21 million. Those sales get more press, so they are what people hear about. The Agency Dallas is an independently owned office with about 68 agents, and most of its business is ordinary North Texas homes.
