Irony in all that is that we found a for sale buy owner home so we ended up selling our home with Damon. If you are a seller: Wow! On top of the fact that he gave us a list of painters, handymen, landscapers etc to get our home ready on the cheap, he also sold our home for WAY more than we thought. When the time came for us to price our home, Damon reviewed the comps and said he thought it was worth about 45k more than what we were thinking and suggested that we'd definitely get offers. End result, 1st day on the market we have 5 offers at or above our asking price (which is 45k more than we were thinking). Since Plano is such a hot market and the appraisals have yet to catch up with the actual market value, we were able to select the buyer who was willing to bridge the gap between the sales price and appraisal, which turned out to be crucial. I'll definitely be contacting Damon again in the future.
